Maintenance, Repair and Support Plan

Decision Tree, Inc. delivers high quality, cost-effective and responsive services and products. The company continuously monitors service performance and regularly measures customer satisfaction through customer surveys and interviews. We also maintain peak levels of customer service by implementing new service technologies and methods. Our hours of operation are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday-Friday. Please contact Brent Lawson,(915) 584-3419, should you ever have any problems or questions. Timely resolution is guaranteed.

Statement of Guarantee

1) Warranty starts on the first day of shipment.

2) Warranty is void for product damage in shipping or customer.

3) Actual product warranty will be determined by manufacturer.

4) Defective products will be replaced with same product. If not available Decision Tree, Inc. reserves the right to determine the similar replacement part.

5) For non-defective products, shipping charges will be paid by customer.

6) Defective parts returned for replacement or repair within the warranty period will be shipped to customer via UPS ground service.

7) Decision Tree, Inc. is not responsible for charges of product returned back to Decision Tree, Inc.

8) Decision Tree, Inc. will recommend available equivalent replacement parts for a product sold for at least 3 years after a products is discontinued.
