TERMS OF USE — ARTHUR CONNECTION Effective date: September 9, 2026 1. About Arthur Connection Arthur Connection is an internal software integration operated by Decision Tree Inc. (“Decision Tree,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It is designed to allow authorized Decision Tree personnel to access and manage selected business and accounting information in QuickBooks Online for internal bookkeeping, reconciliation, reporting, and operational purposes. 2. Acceptance of these terms By accessing or using Arthur Connection, you agree to these Terms of Use. Use is limited to individuals authorized by Decision Tree. If you are not authorized, you may not access or use the application. 3. Authorized use Arthur Connection may be used only for legitimate Decision Tree business purposes, including: • Reviewing accounting records; • Matching vendor bills and related transactions; • Preparing reconciliations and exception reports; • Recording approved accounting transactions; and • Supporting internal financial and operational reporting. Users must follow Decision Tree’s internal approval procedures and maintain the confidentiality of all business, customer, vendor, financial, and authentication information. 4. Prohibited use You may not: • Access Arthur Connection without authorization; • Use it for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading activity; • Attempt to defeat security controls or access data outside your authorization; • Share passwords, access tokens, client secrets, or other credentials; • Copy, disclose, sell, or distribute QuickBooks or other business data except as authorized by Decision Tree; or • Interfere with the operation or security of the application or connected services. 5. QuickBooks Online and third-party services Arthur Connection connects to QuickBooks Online through services provided by Intuit Inc. Your use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to Intuit’s applicable terms and privacy notices. Decision Tree does not control and is not responsible for the availability or operation of Intuit or other third-party services. Intuit and QuickBooks are trademarks of Intuit Inc. Arthur Connection is not sponsored or endorsed by Intuit unless expressly stated otherwise. 6. Accounting review and authorization Arthur Connection is an administrative tool and does not provide legal, tax, audit, or accounting advice. Users remain responsible for reviewing transactions and obtaining appropriate authorization before changes are made to financial records. Automated or suggested matches must be reviewed when required by Decision Tree’s accounting controls. 7. Security and access Decision Tree may monitor use of Arthur Connection, restrict access, revoke authorization, and take reasonable steps to protect connected information. Users are responsible for safeguarding their credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. 8. Intellectual property Arthur Connection, its configuration, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Decision Tree. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable right to use the application for authorized internal business purposes. 9. Disclaimer Arthur Connection is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Decision Tree does not warrant that the application or any connected third-party service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. 10. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Decision Tree will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use Arthur Connection. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. 11. Suspension and termination Decision Tree may suspend or terminate access at any time, including when a user leaves the company, no longer requires access, violates these Terms, or creates a security or compliance risk. Upon termination, the user must stop using the application and return or delete protected information as directed. 12. Changes to these terms Decision Tree may update these Terms from time to time. The current version and effective date will be posted on this page. 13. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. 14.
